RAF (DHFS) Bell 412EP Griffin HT1 ZJ240 c/n 36163 was one half of Spectre Formation paying a brief visit to Halfpenny Green. ZJ240 was also one of the RAF Griffins that that has been equipped with floats and winch and operated by SARTU, Search And Rescue Training Unit at RAF Valley. Although the floats and winch had gone for its visit to Halfpenny Green, it still sported the special 50 years of SARTU badges on the nose and tail.
