Operated by Central Counties Air Support Unit, G-CCAU was the first Police EC135 in the UK. The delivery of the EC135 marked the start of the 'next generation. of Police Aviation as many air support units swapped from the more traditional AS355s and Bo105s towards the EC135 and MD902.
